Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

  • Reduce the risk of kitchen fires.
  • Enhance the working environment.
  • Improve ventilation for smoke and odor removal.
  • Lower insurance premiums offered by some insurance companies.

  • Clean and degrease all existing hoods, ductwork and fans in the kitchen area using USDA accepted soaps.
  • Clean and degrease ductwork from the kitchen area to the exhaust fans.
  • Clean and degrease the exterior exhaust fans.
  • Soak and clean all existing hood filters.
